Kelly Glissmeyer, a resident of Rigby Idaho, has fly-fished since his teen years and tied flies since 1980 and had been featured in many publications and fly pattern books.  He has accumulated a huge amount of fly-fishing experience fishing Greater Yellowstone waters. Appreciative of the wonderful times he has experienced doing so, and generous and outgoing by nature, he looks for ways to give back to the sport he loves so much.  He is a member of TU, the Upper Snake River Flyfishers and the Snake River Cutthroats. He is also a past president of the Southern Utah Anglers based in St. George, Utah. He previously edited and authored a fly tying column for the FFF’s Flyfisher magazine. He has offered fly tying demonstrations in shops and fly fishing events around the western states including the Eastern Idaho Fly Tying and Fly-Fishing Expo since 2010. He is a published author (Fly Fishing and Tying Journal & Fly Tyer) of fly fishing techniques and associated tying for rivers, still waters, and spring creeks.
