His expertise extends to his tenure at the Fish Hawk fly shop in Atlanta, GA, where he shared his knowledge and passion with fellow anglers.
Carter orchestrated the warmwater fly fishing program at the esteemed Callaway Gardens Resort. His commitment to the sport and its growth is further exemplified by his accomplishment of setting the former 6-pound tippet class IGFA world record for Shell Cracker, achieved using the SEM Sculpin pattern.
