In 2015 he put down his spinning rod and picked up a fly rod. Since then he has devoted his free time to tying realistic, lifelike fly patterns that mimic the natural food sources of native Smallmouth Bass. His mentors include Mack Wilson, Duane Hada, and outdoor writer Johnny Sain. He spends his \u003cspan style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003esummers as a fly tying and fly fishing instructor alongside Duane, Ben Levin, and Tadd Fore on their annual Smallmouth Tour where participants enjoy a two day tying and fishing workshop. Wet wading small creeks is his specialty! Keith lives in Fort Smith, Arkansas where he teaches at Southside High School and lives with his wife Tiffany and their two sons Wyatt and Jasper.
