Rainy's Popper PAINT is specially formulated acrylic paint. Flexible after painted. Thins and cleans up with water. Recommented when painting any foam surface. Distributed in glass bottles (.05 oz) with a wide lid. Clear Coat is highly recommented as a first and final coat when applying colors - letting each coat dry first.
